1. Introduction

Luxe Car Pick ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website LuxeCarPick.com and provides luxury vehicle sourcing, booking, and concierge services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services.

2. Services

We offer the following:

  • Personalized luxury car selection and recommendation
  • Short-term and long-term rental arrangements
  • Concierge-level support and delivery

All services are subject to availability and confirmation upon booking.

3. Booking & Payment

To confirm a booking, you must provide accurate personal and payment information. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Full payment or deposit requirements will be specified at the time of booking.

All charges are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Additional fees may apply for extra mileage, late returns, fuel, damage, or traffic fines.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to the rental start date. Cancellation fees are:

  • Up to 72 hours before start: Full refund of deposit
  • 48–72 hours before start: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 48 hours before start: No refund

5. Refund Policy

At Luxe Car Pick, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you have paid in advance and wish to request a refund, please note the following provisions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 24 hours of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may be prorated if services have already been partially rendered or if additional third-party charges have been incurred on your behalf.
  • No refunds will be granted for incidental charges (e.g., tolls, fines, damages) already incurred during the rental period.

In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen mechanical issues), we reserve the right to offer a full refund or an alternative vehicle of equal or greater value.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Car Pick acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant booking.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
